Expectations for the Language Assitant Programme:

During my time as a LA, I expect to be a valued part of Asuncion Rincon’s staff. I expect to be involved in the classroom by way of one on one sit downs with teachers to determine how my skill set can be best utilized. I expect the coordinator or the LA program to hold regular meetings the LAs to ensure that we have everything we need to be successful in the classroom. I also expect for each classroom to be welcoming and receptive to what I have to offer as a cultural contributor.
